5 "Order" means an order via phone or e-mail made by a customer to purchase services or products provided by Ghost Book Writing Services. Orders are confirmed by down payments via check, credit card, cash receipt, bank wire transfer, Western Union, or PayPal transfer.


You are purchasing the Product for Your use alone by completing the Order and/or payment. All Products are written by freelance writers who have given the Company full ownership and rights to the Products. All products are non-refundable and come without any express or implied warranty. Before submitting any Order and/or payment to this Website, You must read these Terms & Conditions.


It is critical that you thoroughly read and comprehend the return policy in order to completely comprehend the Professional Ghostwriter Policy's rights and restrictions. Only in exceptional circumstances and under specific conditions do we issue refunds, as outlined below:

Change of Mind

Before our writers/editors begin working on the project, the customer is entitled to a complete refund.

If you change your mind and decide to stop working with us after placing your order for whatever reason, you can request a refund within one hour of placing your order. In all other circumstances, a 15% processing fee will be applied.

Customers are only entitled to a refund if they have exhausted all the choices listed below:

Incompetent Delivery

Once the work has been delivered, customers are only entitled to a refund if they have exhausted all the options listed below.

If it fails to meet project specifications (as requested/documented by the customer).

We are dedicated to ensuring that our customers are completely satisfied, and we offer unlimited changes to ensure that the delivery meets their expectations.

Late Delivery

We believe in "On-Time Delivery," but if for any reason, we fail to deliver the asked service on time, after at least three attempts to contact us, your refund will be processed once it is established through documentary evidence that the late delivery was the company's fault.

Refund Time Frame:

Refunds must be claimed within 120 days of delivery. Refunds claimed after the set time frame will not be entertained.

All the customers must note the deadline for claiming a refund when placing an order.

Cases In Which Refunds Will Not Be Issued:

In the event of late delivery owing to minor technical mistakes such as grammatical, typing, word count, missing references, and so on, reimbursements will be processed with mutual agreement. The company will only settle with a partial refund or discounts allocated for future purchases.

The company shall not be held liable for any delays caused by the client.

Based on the low quality of writing, no refund will be given.
